I've never understood why some HOA's prohibit trucks. I can understand if it is a true work vehicle -- emblazoned with company name or logo, openly loaded down with equipment or supplies, etc. -- but not if it is a well-maintained vehicle in a reasonably stock format. I generally appreciate my HOA but just don't get the philosophy behing the "no trucks" regulation that some employ......

Good for him. Sucks it had to cost him thousands, but at least he didn't have to sell his truck. If he could afford it, he should buy another one now and park it right next to the first one, just as a final FU to the HOA.
