I have tried to change my profile (added some things to truck) it will allow me to enter and it tells me who i am after i enter my password but it i try to change anything it tells me that i am trying to hack someone else profile???? i have sent 3-4 letters to f150 on replay asking what password i was using that was two weeks ago have sent letters since no repley, can any one help????

I have always got a speedy reply from steve whever I had a problem or inquiry. (ok twice)
Maybe the way you worded your question indicted to him that you did not read the FAQ on this subject. I'm not sayimng that you didn't read it, only that it may have appeared to him that you didn't. Also you probably need to use the email addy that you used to sign up with. Try again.
