Here's what we had Thursday morning in College Station after it had warmed up enough to melt the stuff on the ground. Neat to see a snowman here though...

not much but it kept falling later in the day and there was actually a pretty good coating by evening.

I live in southeast Texas, we had about 5" on the ground when I woke up this morning. The last time we had snow here was 1986, I was 8 years old......

Its all global warmings fault you know! It is so funny to see grown men out making snow men.....Of course I know you didn't have a chance as a kid, so I'll let it slide!

It snowed here in Tomball, but none of it stuck on the ground.

The funny thing about it was that earlier in the week I had emailed my family back home in Minnesota to send me some snow pictures since I always miss it so much this time of year. I took a few quick photos of it falling yesterday afternoon and emailed them back saying that I beat them to it!

Heres ours. This was my first time to build a large one. It snowed a good 5 inches around here. Thats pretty rare in these parts. I took a few pics from last night. It made me laugh when everyone at work was late due to highway closings. They must of closed every highway with a bridge on it....lol

me on left

My truck, would of been more covered but I drove all over town while it was snowing.
