What's on your workout playlist?

In an effort to quit smoking I've starting running and working out. I've found it easier to run and workout with music. Currently I'm listening to DMX, Linkin Park, Aiden, Atreyu, and Rage Against the Machine. The angrier music helps me get pumped up and motivated.

So what's everyone listening to to get themselves pumped up?

Any recommendations?

Rise against is my favorite to listen to when i am lifting but when i am running i have found that techno gets me the most pumped up. it always has a good beat to listen to and set a pace with.

Good luck with quitting the nicotine!!!

Disturbed, Static-X, Dope, Hatebreed, Metallica(bought legally ) Slipknot, Korn, Hollywood Undead, and other hard rock. I can't workout without something to get me in the right mentality.

Lamb of God, Slipknot, All that Remains, In Flames, Killswitch Engage, Unearth.

Metal is definitly the way to go for workout tunes.
