AHHHH, I did not see the "Butt"..., all that I saw was the "burp". Very clever, putting the two together. I shall use the term, and help to spread the meaning and significance of the BUTTBURP

Sorry Mods. Poor spelling on my part. I obviously was trying to say read a good book from the fiction section of the library.

I don't know if you've seen a doctor or not, but I would definately check into it if I were you.
X2...Sleep specialists can work wonders.

Best way to avoid insomnia is to be as physically active as possible during the day. Getting some exposure to sunshine seems to help too. I've also noticed that staying away from the computer for an hour or two before bedtime (and to a lesser extent, the tv) helps my mind wind down. Reading in bed is also a quick solution.

Stealth believe it or not I don't drink that much. I don't really have time. I'm working full time and taking 16 hours and very involved in my fraternity. I've never really been a person to stress about things so I don't think stress is the problem. But I do lay in bed at nights and think about everything that I have to do the next day and sometimes get anxious. I probably need to go see my doctor and see what he can do for me.
