Seriously, my new favorite MAN recipe...

Its called a "Big Ol' Mess". I got it out of a Marlboro cookbook

Here is the recipe:

1 Smoked link sausage sliced
3 Jalapeno peppers sliced
1 Bell pepper, chunks
1 Sweet onion, sliced
1/4 cup of tabasco sauce
1 10 ounce jar sweet-and-sour-sauce

You can cook it on the grill in a foil bag, I used and aluminum bowl thingy and put it in the oven. I also used Chalula instead of tobasco, and used a red and yellow bell pepper for color. I also added some banana peepers and used Earl Cambell sausage.

Its easy, and its AWESOME man food. Damn near impossible to screw up, and super easy.

Can be put on bread, or just eat it out of the foil. I like this recipe when hunting, and cook it for other animal lovers.

Sounds delicious...but somewhere, somehow, a cardiologist is sitting at his desk, and a voice was just heard in his head, saying, "You have another customer on the way---time to get a bigger boat..."

If you ever eat at Johnny Carino's, get the Timballo Skillet. That is what that reminds me of, I get it every time I go there.

Nope, just to give a nut kick. Shines likes to spread the man love but it's hard for him to do when he's hunkered down in the fetal position.
