Post My 2000 Lariat is in

Just got off the phone with my dealer, my F-150 Lariat came in this morning, they have it in lock up area, till paper work is completed.
I won't be picking it up till Sept 20th,cause I am leaving for the beach tomorrow and I don't have the time to do the paper and wouldn't take a 11 day old truck to the beach and let it sit in the salt air for 10 days.
Just glad it got through the makings. Lariat oxford white with 2 tone harvest brown 5.4L motor, captain seats(leather),Chrome 17" wheels, 275/70 tires, trailer package.
I'll check out all the extra goodies on the 20th, till then...BYE..Going to Emerald Isle, NC

dogcam,

Sounds real nice, glad to hear its in! Id like to hear your first impressions when you get to drive it (Im thinking of trading mine in) and maybe even some pictures for my website. Did you own an earlier 97 - 99 F-150 or is this your first?

Thanks!

Cool dogcam, I'm happy for ya.
Well I just drove my dads new 2000 F250 SD 4x4 home from the dealer, it's so awesome. I wanna trade him so bad, it towers over mine.

Mudder, they sure have SDed the new SD 2000, i read a report on them in Trailer Life last month, they had a new V-10 300 HP and it ran through all their tests with flying colors.
For the money i would get a V-10 vs PSD, the money difference makes me think that way, but if I had money to burn, i'd go with the PSD.being in trucking all my life, i sure hate the smell of diesel fuel.....OH Well
Take Care
