What's so bad about the stock radio?

I added an amp and some quality speakers. Not into loud, just clean and clear. Those of you who like faithful sound reproduction really should think about upgrading. The stock speakers are very easy to improve upon, a $100 bill in the front makes a BIG difference.

I changed my Ford cassette head unit with an Eclipse CD player and didn't hear much difference.
Then I changed the speakers and added an amp.
WOW Huge difference.

Sherwood 35x2 RMS amp for components.
Jensen 50x2 RMS for subs.
2 6.5" Bazooka tubes
Lowering shackles?
