Has anyone else gotten a F-Series blanket in the mail from Ford. I got home from work today with a rather large package I wasn't expecting. After I concluded it wasn't ticking, I opened it up to find a Ford F-Series blanket inside, free. Well if you consider buy a truck and get a blank also to be "free". Well just wondering if anyone else got this.

All I got was aa 50th anniversary sticker in the window and a couple of months later they sent me a patch, but my daughter got a beanie baby when I bought the truck.
I just ordered a mark martin blanket for the truck because it has a big Ford symbol on it. Got two matching pillows too. I guess if you don't get one you can do what I did.

 

The only thing I got was a reminder that I am a co-sponsor of Dale Jarrett's # 88 "Ford Credit" car.......

HI!... I bought 2 FORD blankets a few years ago at a SUPER FORD day at LONDON DRAGWAY. They are not that big (3.5' by 2.5'). They are dark grey on one side and black nylon on the other. The grey side has a big FORD oval symbol in the middle. I will be using one to put on my roof, when I take my lift off fiberglass hood and set it there on my PROSTREET RANGER at the dragstrip. The other one I keep in my F-150 incase I decide to sit on the tailgate.

I for one, would love a blanket to replace the mouse fuzz floor mats that Ford gave us with the Lightnings.

Love my Lightning, but I sometimes wonder who is running marketing/customer relations, customer retention at our beloved Ford Motor Company. Oh well, there is always Auto Zone.

All I get from Ford is Past Due notices and inquiries as to where the vehicle is currently garaged.

 

They sent me a survey form, asking questions about the dealer I'd picked my truck up from. (Remember my truck is an export and was picked up in St Louis) The dealer there tried to charge me for the gas in the tank!! Needless to say I didn't have nice remarks for him. I even sugested that Military Sales take that dealer off their list.

Forgot those survey forms. Got one for the Lightning and one for Pat's Lincoln. Nailed FMC for inoperative boost gauge at delivery on the Lightning and warped brake rotors on the Continental at delivery.

Got two Currier and Ives greeting type thingies both expressing regret about my bad experiences. They are framed and hang in my office (True story)

Finally, today, got my new Lincoln dealer to replace both front rotors and brake pads on Pat's car at no charge (9K miles and new warrantee).

Raoul, I have BBQMAN's Master Card number if you want to use it to make your car payments. Actually several others too who are ordering 1/10 scale Lightning RC trucks.
