Dishwasher Help!

Anyone in the appliance biz i need your help please. I'm stumped, I have a whirlpool quiet partner II model# DU1145XTPB1. It will not dry. I have replaced both the heating element and the control board. The microtemp fuse on the board is good also. Any and all help is geatly appreciated

Is there any voltage going to the heating element during the drying cycle. I'd start there and work your way back. Best bet is to find a service manual. Some times you can find free ones online - either google it or try the manuf.
