Mold/mildew problem?

gotta question:

its been kinda wet and rainy around here that past month or so and i have/had (did something about it today) a pretty bad leak in the truck. here recently ive been kinda ill and now two of my friends that have been in my truck a lot are starting to show my same symptoms.

im trying to find out if ive given them some mold/mildew inhalation or just some kinda cold. i cant seem to find symptoms anywhere.

That would be hard to say if you have an illness from it, it it's even there. To get rid of the mold in the truck, all you have to do is take away the wet and it dies. For you, all you have to do is take about 100MG of Zinc for a few days and you won't have it anymore, if you have it. The Zinc can be found cheap at Walmart. It's also great for the common cold and flu. Make sure to eat something with it or after a meal.

Zinc supplement for a cold? hmm.. you'd be just as well taking some OTC cold medicine, just walk down the meds isle and pick out whichever one fits your symptoms best.

btw.. not trying to bash here.. but don't take advice from online pharmacists.. 100mg for a few days is far from being therapeutic, the RDA for Zinc is about 10-15mg for most adults. Your symptoms from Zinc toxicity could even more unpleasant than what your expecting.. dizziness, headache, drowsiness, increased sweating, loss of muscle coordination, alcohol intolerance, hallucinations, and anemia just to name a few.. lol

thanks labnerd. ill pass that knowledge on to my sickly friends.

ive noticed a smell after rains and once everything has a chance to dry the smell goes away. i dont know. pretty sure i got rid of the leak today so things should have a chance to dry up.

..edit..
just missed zeruin before i replied.

i know that you have to "overdose" so to speak when taking all at one time because of the body's adsorption rate. ive got some GNC mega men in the kitchen. guess ill have to start taking that again.
