Coming from a girls point of view, find another girlfriend asap. Even a close friend who is comfortable enough to pose as a girlfriend will work. Definitely do not sleep with her, cause that's only going to add fuel to the fire. We hate when we see a guy we like with someone else, and that will usually ruin all hope and make us move on. Sleeping with her friends always works.
Oh, and if you find a friend to pose as a girlfriend, make sure this friend could beat the crap out of the psycho, if necessary.
And, unfortunately, some of us are crazy so you might just need to get a restraining order. Although I feel like you're leaving out part of the story, don't worry about her future. Don't yell at her and then play nice. Mixed signals add hope.

Trust me, I have had crazier, I knocked up the craziest female in North America, so learn from my mistake.
You are getting a restraining order anyway, so here's the deal. Take her in there, go to town on her, use protection (use your own so you know it isn't tampered with), then get her out of the house and break up. If she doesn't leave, well, you were going to the cops anyway...may as well have the nookie to go with it, right now you have got all of the bad and none of the good. She's already a stalker, so you aren't going to make it any worse. Do this, and all will be well, just DO NOT GET HER PREGNANT.
Some people should be ashamed of themselves, saying that you should pass up perfectly good p***y just because you wish she was gone. Get rid of her, but in 70 years, when you can't get any, you will be praying to God to bring you back to that piece that you passed up when you were younger.
Stop being a mamby-pamby and do her, then go get your order. You were gonna get one anyway, so you might as well get some, she owes you that much from all of the grief that she is putting you through.

Bah, don't be wimp, hit it and throw her out. If you are afraid of her crying rape, videotape it so you will have all the proof you need that it wasn't.
Getting the crazy one pregnant is the worst thing you could do, but not sleeping with her is the second worst thing you could (not) do.
