Very nice place, I went there this past summer with a few friends.

If you are planning on stopping in Savannah GA, go to historic downtown and take a walk down River Street, lots of shops, fun atmosphere. Some excellent pizza is Vinny Van Go Go's (or something like that). It is near river street.

Take I-95 down through FL and stop by the Kennedy Space Center. It's worth the trip.

If you have a day to kill in the Lauderdale are, you may want to check out the Loxahatchee Wildlife Refuge and rent a canoe or kayak.
