I buddy of mine was sent to ALC (alternative learning center) for 6 weeks a few years back for having a pipe with duct tape at one end in his tool box. the duct tape made it "modified for use as a weapon". Another buddy had his truck towed and was sent to ALC for having EMPTY shotgun shells in the bed. EMPTY!

You in the Cy-Fair district? The things they consider infractions these days is crazy over there. I remeber when you could duke it out, go to the AP's office a call to your parents and a couple days of DMC is all you would get.

when I was in HS the rule book clearly stated that we were allowed to have a shot gun or rifles for sporting purposes. I graduated in 2002
