If the market is so reactionary, why is the market still plunging?
The gov't should not be bailing out poorly run business's, but that's what our President called on Congress to do.
The money should have started on the bottom(the people) instead of the top.

I think thats kinda his point. Its reactionary, yet the economy is still in the chitter, therefore bail out nto working.
