Perhaps we should admire them for their cunning and business acumen in fleecing the public. Rob a bank and go to jail for 20 years…. rob a banking system and you’re a hero.

Just turn on the TV and you’ll see all the Cop shows displaying the lowest class of society getting their doors kicked in by the Police Goon squads…..meanwhile the Silver spoon MBAs loot the country. When are we going to see the corporate criminals getting their doors kicked in on TV and their assets seized?

I guess if you’re a prostitute, or petty thief, you need to publicly atone for your sins while those born with every advantage are allowed to perpetrate the most outrageous frauds imaginable while getting a pat on the back by their corrupt cronies in Government and a blind eye from the cadres of hypocrites that comprise criminal justice system.

Know one thing for sure; this country is as corrupt as any in the world, the only difference is that the level of sophistication is slightly higher than in third world countries. But you can rest assured this country is heading the way of the two tiered third world society.

nice topic for discussion i must say. I just got out of my 3 hour sociology calss and this is what we talked about for 95% of the time. Lots and lots of terrible things going on in this country and nobody is out to do anything about it.Just sit back and keep clicking the remote america, it makes you feel better....

 

actually the punnishment is getting harsher for those who pursue a criminal suit. most companies just file a civil case to recoup their losses. I'm taking a fraud class this semester and its pretty interesting

 

The system is corrupt and filters out anyone who actually wants to do good long before they could reach this stage of the game.

I think we will either sit back and take it while we turn into a third world country or have to overthrow the govt and start fresh.

Soon Mexico is going to start complaining about all the illegal Americans they have sneaking over the border
