SAN DIEGO –- A federal judge has permanently barred two San Diego companies and their owners from preparing tax returns for clients, it was announced Thursday.
The orders by U.S. District Court Judge Irma Gonzalez affect Roosevelt Kyle, Rebecca Tyree, COA Financial Group and Eagle Financial Services.
