Whats the benefit of black people who constantly use it?

If it is ok for one why not ok for all?

There is no benefit. If black's have an advantage in society by saying it- please tell me what it is, so I can redeem it for some value.

If you want to say it, say it. I can't stop you...
Say it 100 times every morning, if you like.

It's not the word- it's the context- I've been saying that for years.

Since Black people so often use it in day to day conversations or music I thought it now has some benefit I was unaware of as a White man.

Nah, no benefit... It's either meaningless, or detrimental- depending on the context in which it's said... Not so much about who says it...

Even a black person could take one to the lips if he called another black person the "N" word in a less than friendly manner...

That's like a white person saying, "I don't know anything about the Klan. If they don't like other races, then I see no point in finding out any more about them."

Just because you don't know about it, doesn't mean it's not out there.

As a white guy, I need to be informed of what the KKK stands for so I can denounce them. As a black man, you should be informed of what members of your race are saying so you can have an informed opinion.

Here are a couple excerpts from Black Liberation Theology...

No black man living in white America can escape it...But the charge of black racism cannot be reconciled with the facts. While it is true that blacks do hate whites, black hatred is not racism. Racism, according to Webster, is 'the assumption that psychocultural traits and capacities are determined by biological race and that races differ decisively from one another, which is usually coupled with a belief in the inherent superiority of a particular race and its rights to dominance over others.' Where are the examples among blacks in which they sought to assert their right to dominance over others because of a belief in black superiority?...Black Power is an affirmation of the humanity of blacks in spite of white racism. It says that only blacks really know the extent of white oppression, and thus only blacks are prepared to risk all to be free.

I don't know ... I just go to a church. It's got a bunch of people in it and a pastor.

Edit: The building is white, does this mean it's a white church? If so, I'm suing my church's building for being racist.

Well That's what I always thought it was too.

But it has a white preacher and mostly a white congregation.

.
Your claim gets dismissed since you should have sued your school district.

Church wins their counter suit against you

Black Church:

This only means churches where the congregation is all black, or mostly black. Nothing more, nothing less. Just like saying, black neighborhood, black school, the black part of town, etcetera. There's no criteria for joining- just come on over- or move in. But, don't try to make it more (or less) than what it is. There's nothing seperatist about it- only descriptive.

Probably, it was probably to feed all of you that think they are owed something. I seem to be doing fine though.
