A big company stealing the little guys idea because they think they can get away with it. That doesn't really happen does it?

there was a movie done in the 80s or 90s about a guy that made a car that was completely revolutionary for its time (i think it took place in the 60s) this guy had seat belts, air bags, and put torque converters/gear boxes at each wheel instead of a having a transmission.

he had a great idea but the big 3 didnt like it so they made him disappear. anyone know what movie that was?

I don't think they could have made it without Ford's consent. I'm sure Ford has more to deal with than worry about this movie. - Og
