hey all I lift every day at around two after my classes. In the past I have used different sorts of supplements and protein powders. as of now i am using NO-XPLODE and CELLMASS from BSN, after the work out i eat a protein bar and drink lots of water. It seems to be working pretty well.
Anyone else lift every day? If so, what supplements or protein powders do you use if any? I am running out of my current supply and am looking to getting more and want to change it up a bit.
