I have alot of skills. carpentry, mechanics, electrical, i am a very good hands on person I want to be an engineer or mechanic when I get older. I do everything from help build houses to swapping engines in cars or trucks to wiring sterios or subs to tinting windows to working on farms.

I am going to try and find a buddy toget an apartment with.

I dont know if I want to tell the police, i mean i WANT to but i know its going to cause alot more problems here once they find out!

Will he get in trouble? What kind of trouble?

Im looking for advice/information on here before I do something because I have never been through this and I dont know what I should and shouldnt do!

Then refer to my previous post. Get a job and move out. Go down to Texas and help with the rebuild if you have the skills. You know every contractor down there is gonna be hiring laborers and may even have a place for you to stay. The other option is go live with your dad. Looks to me like living with your mom and stepdad is no longer a viable option. You will find new friends no matter where you wind up. Time to cut the apron strings if you can't live by someone else's rules, no matter how draconian they may seem.

 

YOu can't get the help you need here. As a stepdad myself I could possibly help you with some of the issues you have. I have now gotten over 11 years of experience as such. If you want I may be able to help you with a small part, but as I said your issues with him are deeprooted.

I can also tell you, it is a two way street. But no rational adult would have done this to you. The marks on your neck look more extreem looking than a choking. Is that all there is to tell? I'll be on and off the forum all day, if you want I'll discuss it with you.

 

Hey, something similar to this happend with my step dad. He was ALWAYS drunk and one time he hit me, I didn't fight back cuz honestly hes huge but i told him if he ever touched me again i'd call me real dad. Sure enough about a month later same thing happend but with my big brother around. My brother came runnin in when he heard me yellin at him and took a baseball bat to his face. The cops saw the bruise on my face and took him straight to the station. All they did was cuff my brother for about 5 minutes and ask what happend then said ok your good. My step dads been in there almost a month now. Also i would talk to your mom about it because she shouldn't put up with that shyt and neither should you.

 

Still here, and telling him AGAIN to call the police. That's a guaranteed ticket to jail....you may even be able to get him charged with felonious assault with marks like that around your neck for Christ's sake!

Well they came out and I talked to them and they took pictures... Better ones, the ones I posted are ****ty ones, it looks worse in person than the pictures.. I didnt post the picture of the marks like that on my arm where he grabbed me and threw me on the floor and the mark on my back where I hit the floor...

I hope so! He is lucky him and my mom went out of town this morning... And my nose hurts so damn bad right now where he smashed it with his elbow. Just a slight touch and it hurts!

CPS is looking into it I guess..... Child Protection Services??? I dont know exactly what CPS is but... The officer said their are going to get in touch with him and my mom within a week or so...

hmmm.....

 

Well go to the hospital, have yourself checked out, report what happened, and get the police to come up there and file a police report. Then when he arrives home, the police will then happily introduce themselves to him and commence to cuffing and stuffing him.

 

I hope he gets some sort of punishment
