Question about Plexiglass

Can Plexiglass be cut with a curve to it? Basically I'm trying to achieve a rectangle with rounded corners. If so what do I use? Thanks a lot.

I don't see why not. You have a coping saw or access to a band saw? That's how I'd do it.

I've done it using a rotozip with the spiral saw blade

Yeah, you could just so a round-over with a router or round it over with a dremel or something.

router, jigsaw, rotozip, scroll saw, anything of that nature, but don't go too fast or it will chip

or if you have an edge sander you could just sand he edges off

If the piece doesn't still have the brown peel off paper, make sure you use masking tape on both sides before you cut it. Cuts down on chips, and gives you a place to mark out your line.
