To be fair, IB was very unresponsive up till recently. This has changed for the better. We have to give them a fair chance and I'm satisfied that we are getting the needed attention now.

My only issues are when I try to post a quick reply I get a black error message "The following error has occurred: [blank]" and it doesn't refresh with my new message in the thread. I have to manually refresh.
