Yeah, I am hoping to install it there. It won't be until the beginning of next year when my Grandpa's will is sorted out and finalized. I am just trying to figure everything out right now and get a plan. That would be cool if you could help too. More hands to pack, roll, or take pics during the process.

Yeah it took me and MT almost 12 hours and we still didn't fully finish it. My truck was a royal PITA, especially the front driveshaft which we never actually got to come off after hours of effort. More people makes it much easier.

I think your truck will be a lot easier though since its 4x2.

your truck just hates you...... or me

But I did split mine over two days. Just to make it easier on me, plus I wasn't in a hurry. Worked out great that way. Where as with mSal, my *** was just gettin tires, and DAMN hungry !

But dankle, I would be more then willin to help ya out. We can pick a weekend sometime, and get it together here at the shop.

I am hoping mine won't be too much of a PITA. I can't wait for all this will and house selling crap to get done and over with. MT- how long did it take you to do the install on your friend's 2wd?

spent about 12 hours or so total, but also installed air ride helper bags in the back, and those AMP automatic steps. The 2wd lift is a CHIT load easier though !!! No front drive shaft and no front differential brakets, which = n cutting, putting it together, then un-installing, cutting more, reinstallng to see if it fits, etc etc etc. I would guess.... 6-8 hours total or so. Might be slower once I'm ......

So... about how much longer to slap some 4.56's and a tru-trac while we are at it?
j/k I think I will have to wait a little bit for those. It's funny how now I am planning a lift and wheels/tires before gears and rear end. The opposite of my thoughts a week ago. Hehe.
DAAAAAAMMN!!!! It is storming like a sum biotch over here right now. Thunder just rumbled so loud it set off about 5 alarms in the parking lot.

This storm is giving me a serious hard-on. Duck hunting this weekend is going to be orgasmic.

Hell yeah. I need to go hunting with you some time. Bag me some ducks to eat. I think I am going to take a drive to Red Hills this weekend since it will be somewhat muddy.

mSal: check to see if the front driveshaft clears the front sway bar. If it does, then your 4x4 should be fine. Also, check to make sure its not binding up and either yoke when it goes around.

If it starts to knock, just ease off the gas, and ease back into it.

When ya get stuck, give me a holler !

bag me a duck, and I will smoke a couple of em for ya.... smoked duck.... good eats while your sittin out there blastin more ducks outta the sky.

Hells yeah. Its going to take a solid week of rain and lots of people driving the roads before they are rutted deep enough for me to really need 4x4, but i can always find places to play for a bit. The driveshaft clears the sway bar easily, but the yokes still arent aligned, so i'll keep an eye/ear out for them.

Smoked anything = awesome, i'll be sure to get you some.

You lucky fawker!
Nothing too crazy, my buddy dressed up in a full wolverine (from x-men) costume and was chit faced by 9:30. It looked funny to see wolverine passed out drunk in a pile of leaves with puke all around him.

How was your weekend?
