Well, the other night i was outside and i was using my truck headlights to light up the area. I was right in front of my truck when i heard a loud pop. The passenger side silverstar headlight had almost like exploded inside my headlight. There was glass all over the inside of it and a like foggy mist inside. Well, I contacted the company about it because the bulb was only installed for about 3 months. Well, i got an email back saying that they were sending me free replacements using fedex 2 day and they were sorry about the problem. The also were including an envelope to send back the faulty one. I am really happy with their customer service.

 

It's nice to hear about great customer service these days. It seems some companies are only in it for the $$$.
