Only drawback was the trade in on my 01. I got 4500 for a 4.2 SC 2 x 4 with 100K.
Thats actually not a bad offer. Book value on the truck in my sig is less than that right now with 98k.

I agree, after I did the math and figured what Id save on sales tax ~400.00 it just didnt seem to make sense to try to sell myself.
Later that week I heard they sold it for 6800, so I guess we both got a deal.

No offense, but whoever paid $6800 for it overpaid by quite a bit.

I just (over my lunch break) test drove a 2006 Supercrew XLT with 23,500 miles. They had it stickered at 19,8xx. It had an aftermarket alarm which sucks and it wreaked of smoke.

Interestingly they had a dodge ram big horn megacab hemi crew cab next to it for 1K less.

I told them I would think about it, but the interior stunk too bad.

Yeah, that truck should be listed much much closer to 14k. I refuse to buy any vehicle that smells of smoke, it is just going to bother you every time you get in it.

I just bought a 2006 FX4 Scab that had 18,100 was issued in ocotber of 06 so it isnt even two years old yet. I paid the guy $17,600. My dad and myself by all our cars from him. I financed a little bit on it and got a rate of 4.3% from BB&T. I think i got a good deal. Truck is is perfect condition.
