The sirens have been going off for about an hour in northern Indiana... crazy storms moving through. I just heard that about 20 minutes west of here they had 80 MPH winds reported

so ya... I'm sitting in a lounge chair in the basement... luckily I have a laptop to keep me occupied

just thought I'd see if anyone else is doing the same

 

I'm always in the basement. That's where our Family/Computer room is. Then again, we all have basements here.

I survived!
...things didn't actually get too bad... lots of wind and an insane amount of lightning. I had a couple branches down but nothing too big. I still haven't heard if there were any confirmed tornadoes, but unfortunately one guy died when a tree fell on his car.

haha....basement is their code word for closet....
