Thought I would share a decent story about a dealership. I work near a Ford dealer but have never really used them. I bought my Mustang there 2 months ago and was happy with the salesman, manager and over all process. The cars been great so far. So when I got my recall for my brake boost vac on my F-150 I decided to use this dealer and see how it goes. I called and made an appointment. I brought my truck in this morning. It was an easy drop off and I used their shuttle service to get back to work. 2 hours later I got a call that it was done and ready. I picked it up at lunch. I was in and out with one signature. I checked my mileage (Yes I always do this because I actually saw my car drive away from an auto body shop while it was there being worked on, oh and it was closing time, the guy was taking it home), no issues there. Inside wasn’t dirty or smelly. I drove away no problem.

It’s nice to have a happy experience.
