For the past month I have been off work due to a injury and have had a lot of time on my hands. When I have time on my hands and there isnt much going on, My mind goes warp speed thinking about things and this usually includes stupid stuff. So, here is what I was thinking the other day. What would happen if the entire world farted at once? Would like to hear what other people have to think about this.

I'd prefer not to think of what would happen, as think of what some people would be doing when this would happen.

 

Idk. A single person farts hundreds of times a day so i don't think the world would really change to much.

Im pretty sure I dont fart hundreds of times a day. Maybe 2-3 times.

And as far as answering the OP's question.....It would be rather stinky.

Come on that’s just dumb, nothing would happen because of the unique random placement of peoples body position. The variables are to many to track. However if everyone was facing the same direction then we could distort the natural rotation of the earth. Depending on position we could speed it up for a faction of a second or slow it down. The impacts would be nothing like we have ever seen before, so please, for the human race, please ask the person next to you before you pass gas. Thank you.
