A San Francisco municipal employee is charged with hacking the city's computer system and creating a secret password that gave him virtually exclusive access to most of the city's municipal data.

That's not hacking, that's being a ****-poor and corrupt IT employee. "Hacked"... that guy couldn't hack his way out of a cardboard box with a hatchet.

I should also mention the rest of the city's IT department must be a smart as a box of rocks if they haven't figured out what he did and secured everything yet... like the hole system hinges on this guy's magical password... PUH-leeze!
