I noticed that too, all these "tall" women have ungodly huge high heels. Put them flat foot and they wont look that tall.

 

Pic looks fake. Around her left leg the color doesn't match up. The shadows don't match either. Then can't see it well, but around her right hip and shoulder, the color is off as well.
