I just purchased a Vinyl Cutter a few weeks ago, and I believe I have worked all the kinks out and now Im ready to start prducing some vinyl.

Good luck. I work for a pretty huge vinyl advertising company. Dont advertise it too much you will be in over your head.

Yep. It's prob not a good idea in general. Vinyl isn't cheap and he could easy print out somethin copyrighted n get in trouble. He could be not caught too.

Did you buy a printer or just a cutter?

 

Keeping it to PMs and not out in the public might be a safer option, especially when making and selling copywrited logos.

Better yet, stay away from it. I've seen cases of people being royally screwed dealing with copywrited stuff.

I did signs for 12+ years self employed, and never saw a need to deal with lawyers over such crap. It's way easier to just make money doing legal stuff.

Here is Habibi's six-step plan for financial success.

1) Join every single Cavalier message board in the country ( & Canada too)
2) Possible user name suggestions include:
~ Cavalier_Bouy
~ Cavalier_ Pimp
~ Cavalier_On_20's
~ Cant_Touch_This etc, etc.
3) Search the net for the riciest, most hideous Cavi you can find, and Photoshop a gigantic "FEAR THIS" decal on the back window, make sure it covers the entire back window.
4) Don't start with the sales right away, you wanna get in there and build their trust first.
Make a few posts in the "new members' section...
"Hey, this is "Pimp_Boy" just sayin "wut up?"
** Never ever use proper spelling or English, they will sniff you out right away) **
Make sure you stay active in the car stereo threads as well (lots of exposure)

5) in about a month start posting photos of your new "FEAR THIS" decal, and when the rest of the crowd starts singing your praises, just tell them you did it yourself, and if anyone wants one, you'll be happy to 'help them out'.

6) register the domain name ' fearthis.us', (it's available by the way) and now you will be on the road to financial success.
