Sure your gonna have problems, and I think you are right, America can be even greater than it is today.

However, I do think that the Christian ideals that founded this country are STILL here today. The majority of Americans still hold true to Christian beliefs and ideals, the problem is that we haven't come together as a people and stood up for those beliefs. We sit back and let others trample on our beliefs and ideals in the name of being "Politically Correct". We as a country need to take back our goverment, and stand up for what we believe in and to Hell with everyone else. THe Majority has been sitting back and watching for too long..............

.........sorry for preaching!!! I guess I got carried away!

I Love this Country! We have so many freedoms that many take for granted. We are allowed to have so many different opinions about everything and can express them till we are blue in the face without worrying about getting hauled off in the middle of the night by government thugs. While there are many things that go on in this country that I don't agree with, I know that most of us are good decent people just trying to better ourselves and make the future brighter for the next generation. And like the Neil Young song says, Keep on Rockin' in the Free World!

I am proud of my country, but I get a little more jaded every year. All the problems we have have very simple solutions but we can't get enough leaders who have either the guts or the brains to implement them. Our government is no longer of the people, by the people and for the people. They are now of the elitist upper class, by the lobbyist's deep pockets and for themselves and no one else.
