'05 maxima

Hey there guys! Im looking at this '05 nissan maxima. Before we get into the bashing its my wifes car and its what she wants. I still love and drive my gas guzzling and polluting V-7 F-150. I want to know if any of you have one or if anyone has heard or knows anything bad about them or good. It only has 41000 miles on it with a bumper to bumper warranty to 110000 miles too. It has everything except navigation in it. They want 18500 for it. Its in REALLY good shape. Just want to get some feedback on pros and cons. Thanks guys.

My buddy has one. Nice car and plenty of power. Not the easiest to work on though. For example, to change the headlight bulbs, you have to drop the bumper

Thats kinda gay. Well ill just have to teach the wife how to wrench on her own car. That will be the day. Well i guess ill just have to get down and dirty. I really think i am going to get it. I had fun driving it. It freakin tells you when you need to rotate your tires. Kinda freaky.

The Maxima was the flagship of the line, they put alot into that car and it shows. The price seens slighty high to me, but then again that warranty alone is worth 2500 or so

Maxima is a great car. The new '09 Maxima is coming out soon too so try to bicker the price down a little bit as the '04-'08 will be the "old bodystyle." That 3.5L VQ-series engine was named one of Ward's 10 best engines for 14 years in a row, by the way. They dont get the best mileage in the world but they sure do perform well. Get it!
