I ONLY use what Ford tells me to....

So 15-40 it is for both my 5.4's.......

I use extra virgin olive oil.



I tried Crisco once, but it doesn't mix with the vinegar as well.

yea i buy my oil by the quart, its not sold by weight here in the states
