I could cut out early, definately one of the benefits, being able to make my own schedule BUT Scott nailed that one on the head. Lately, instead of scheduling a week or two in advance, we are not scheduling a couple days in advance, and relying pretty heavily on walk-ins. We are getting more and more random customers/1st time customers, tired of paying an arm and a leg over at the Dealer. We have quite a rep. so people will send em our way. If we aren't here, they'll go somewhere else for the repair, and might be pleased with their work, not ever getting to experience our pure PERFECTION (LOL) so.... I stick around. That said, it being Friday, I always cut out a little bit early, usually round 3 or so
