For me....
two things.....
Heights..... but not afraid of flying.
Drowning...... but I spend more than a thousand hours a year on the water. "I always wear an auto-inflatable PFD though". In other words, "I love water.... I just don't want to fill up with it".

took me years to overcome my needle phobia
when I was in grade school everybody lined up to get
there shots I would make it to where the person in front of me
was getting there's then light's out faint like girl
