These posts aren't to support McCain but to highlight the fact that there appears to be millions of people in this country who are willing to overlook Obama's short comings. It seems that there are many people who believe that it will be some sort of revenge on the republicans. There are others who believe that cutting off our nose to spite our face isn't a sound strategy.

You get one perspective comparing McCain and Obama point for point. It's a very different perspective when you look at the sum of their careers. Who really is the lesser of the two evils?

Well said. More of Obama's short comings will be brought to light when the debates start. Obama will get a bunch of feel good questions while McCain will be asked questions about foreign policy and the war. Obama will have to start answering tough questions. The answer of "CHANGE" only goes so far. At some point you have to explain what you are going to do to "CHANGE" things and how you will pay for it.

I don't believe either one; I do not believe IN either one. One point that could be made---if the economy continues to go south, some would vote against the Reps due to who is leading us now; not that that makes it right, but look what happened to Bush Sr. and how it helped Clinton get in. I relaize that the Dem Congress is equally to blame, but if the econoomy keeps sinking, the head guy will go...

This makes since Wittom. Let's face it, the Republican's have screwed up, A Lot, over the last 7 years. They had their chance, they owned it all, and Still Blew it.

Personally, I'm one of those who IS disgusted with how things have been the last 7 years. The Economy is Horrible, Spending is out of Control, Our Borders are WIDE open, Deficits, a horribly managed War,.

We've Basically Started Welfare up again with the Katrina "Victims". All under BUSH! And most of it under a Republican Congress.

These are the MAIN issues the Republicans are supposed to be fighting against. The SAME issues we stereotype Liberals to be FOR.

I've said it before, Guns, Gays, and God aren't my concerns for this election. Yea, I'll chime in to argue, and make a few points, but this Country has some Serious Issues to overcome..

I'm giving someone else a chance in this election as I can't handle another 4 years...

I'll admit I'll be crying if Obama gets elected. Crying because my taxes went up! Crying because the CHANGE Obama was preaching came true; it will be all I have left in my pocket!
