Cool.

I have a Brenspeed Saleen SC Stage 2 (485 HP) along with some rear suspension mods and Nitto tires.

I agree with losing the VMP sticker but at the same time I think its cool that you support your tuner. Maybe get the sticker in red to match the Roush badge and calipers? The only other thing is I think your car would look awesome if you had the machined lip on your wheels painted black like the rest of the wheel. But I realize I am in the very very small minority that really hates machined lips.

The car looks great though. I really like the stance and how the wheels and tires fill out the wheel wells perfectly since you lowered it.

I do agree, they fit horrible. I'm usually not a fan of them either. On David's car they fit in pretty well. I just think the white sticker on that window really pulls the eye away from the clean look your car has. The new spoiler looks AWESOME! Either way i love you car! I still want you to detail my truck one day. haha

By the way, you should join up at www.virtualford.org. We have a great Florida Chapter of trucks and stangs.

Did you do the install? How was it? Also what air intake are you running? I really like the Saleen SC because it's so close to being a factory unit.

I really like the machined lip, one of the reasons why I went with these wheels. I was almost going to do Black SVT wheels from the previous body style.

I'm really really glad you said something about doing the red VMP decal. I was considering doing it but it slipped my mind and I forgot to post to get some thoughts on it. I'm definitely doing it now, thanks for swaying my decision.

Yeah, I installed it myself. The install is pretty straight forward and Saleen has detailed instructions with pics.

The kit I bought came with a Steeda CAI.

I like the look of the Saleen over any of the other SC units.

Here is a pic with a good view of the Steeda intake:

I do, too. I love the way it flows inside the engine bay. I'll sacrifice a few ponies for that. Are you running a mail order tune from Brenspeed? Any 1/4 times with it? Man, I hate you for posting this ...

Forgot to mention guys, thanks for all of the compliments. It makes spending money worth it. My plan was to start saving money after this but I', already thinking about my next mods. Not to mention, I just spent about $360 in detailing supplies. It's an addiction ...

No kidding on the addiction part with mods

Although I should be good now for awhile (keeping the sleeper look).

I am running the Brenspeed canned tune now. I haven't had it on a dyno yet or ran the 1/4 mile. Brenspeed is about 3 hrs from me, so I can take it there and have him check it on his dyno at some point.

For the time being I have a LC-1 Air-Fuel ratio sensor & gauge connected. A couple of days ago I ordered a cable from VMP Tuning which I need to connect the LC-1 for data logging with my XCal2 and laptop. That way I can run it through the RPM range and go back to check the A/F ratios.

I don't know what kind of MPG I'm getting yet. I just did the install recently and it isn't my daily driver. But I think as long as you aren't getting into boost it isn't much different than stock (other than it uses premium gas). I can let you know when I get some numbers.

I've got some buddies with the Whippe H.O kit and they are all getting around 13 mpg. I'm loving the ~22 mpg right now. Nitrous won't hurt it too bad. I'm thinking full nitrous system, 4.10s, aluminum driveshaft, and full exhaust will wrap up the car for the most part. Still debating on doing a carbon fiber dash kit like what comes in the Roush cars.
