Local Beer Brewery Fire

I've only been inside of the brewery once.... it was beautiful...

A few of my friends attend the Thursday Saranac fests at the F.X. Matt Brewery...

The fire broke out from a machine that puts the plastic around 6 pack cans.

I hope this doesn't make the price skyrocket... I love there beer... and it's already price gouged enough for being a local beer.

It started at around 4:45 pm... but according to my friends they said it spreaded to where they had the concert stage around 4:53 pm; when they were evacuated.

Its been on all the local radio stations... because they had like 4 radio stations and 2 TV stations there... it's a big even they have.

Well, here's the link...

It's a sad day when there is an interuption in the production of beer.

I'm not the biggest fan of Saranac, but they've got a couple brews I like. I don't know it the prices will go up. I don't know what you are paying for a six pack of good beer. Here I'm paying six-seven bucks. I usually get Magic Hat, Long Trail, or Opa-Opa.

I know the value of a good beer. I hope that they are up and running at full capacity real soon.
