Which DSLR camera?

I've basically got it narrowed down to these three. Sony A200 10.2MP, Canon Digital Rebel XT 8.0MP, or Nikon D40 6.1MP. What are the pros and cons of each?

i'm a big canon fan.. like the feel of them

got back into the digital slr world.. but decided to get a quality camera which would perob out perform the rebel searies etc for a fraction of the price...

i got a canon 10d... love it... amazing

i'd search and find a used 10d or 20d...

Go to www.dpreview.com and check out the reviews on those cameras. You will find way more quality information on that site. If you are going the Nikon route, at least step it up to the D60.

Why not the Nikon D40X? It's an excellent camera.

Spend a little bit more money and get the Rebel XTi. It is an amazing body, although the kit lens 18-55 leaves a little to be desired (as will every other DSLR in this price range).

I have Canon Rebel XT and absolutely love it. I have had nothing but Canon and you just can't really compare. Great quality and always gives you a good picture with good colors.
