Alright guys,

going to bachelor party in Vegas, and since I have the biggest vehicle I got nominated to drive. We are splitting fuel costs between 5 guys so its about one fill up per person. wondering if there is anything you highly recommend before we get under way. I'm talking what to bring for any truck related issues.

PS or anything you highly recommend I don't do.

Get an oil change and make sure you have good tires.

And you should make everyone else pay for your gas since your putting wear and tear on your truck!

 

I would check the spare for proper inflation, check all fluids, check that all lights work, bring along a spare belt and a couple quarts of oil, jumper cables and a first aid kit. Have a good time!

If it's all guy, make sure you bring a few empty bottles to **** in. Also bring lots of munchies and beverages to cut down on "stop" time.

 

Oh yeah, because that's exactly what I would want....4 of my buddies trying to **** in bottles in my vehicle because we are too lazy to pull over....

 

Bring food. Stop for fuel often. Gas in the middle of nowhere is expensive. The drive from Vegas to Denver isn't bad. I think we made it in about 10 hours doing 75. Left Vegas @ 7 PM, hit Denver @ 5 am ish. I have no idea if that includes a time change or not. All I remember is waking up my buddy telling him he needs to drive, then passing out from driving all night.

 

Plane Tickets. Seriously.... There's got to be cheap flights on a puddle jumper from Colorado to Vegas... If it's going to take 1 fill-up per guy, that's like $100 per tank each way, or $200/guy. If you flew for $200, took a cab from the airport, and walked or cabbed-it around the strip, it's WAY more convenient!

But then you have to rent a car. The drive there will be fun. The drive home not so much fun. You guys are gonna have a blast!

Just give them a wide mouth gatorade bottle and tell them they better not miss cause their junk isn't that big.

 

I have a funny story abotu gatorade bottles and back seats and pissing. A logn time ago while on spring break in sunny daytona beach Florida I was pissing in the back seat of my buddies bronco into a gatorade bottle. I was completely hammered and we hit a bump and my **** went all over his dash and my two friends in the front seat. I think I got punched a few times but I was laughing the whole time!

 

The cheapest flights I found were in the range of about $130 each way, per person, believe me I tried all the airlines, Frontier, SW, all the low fares and even evil legacy airlines couldn't find one that would augment driving. Plus the drive will be fun....as far as wizzin' concerned, stop for fill up.....pee. plus whoever is in the driver seat is the one that gets to decide anyway right??
