I moved from up North down South. Originally, everyone KNEW i was a Yankee, but lately i've had people that tell me they are surprised by the fact that i was from up North. they have begun to think that i am a southerner. i guess the test is pretty accurate then...

Not the result I expected. I have a slight southern accent, but most people I speak with assume I'm from the Ohio/Illinois area. I grew up in Arkansas and have lived all over the southeast USA. I'm currently on my sixth year of purgatory (AKA Oklahoma).

Considering my dad is from North Carolina, my mom is from New Jersey, and I was born in New York and grew up in Arizona and Calfiornia, I'm not surprised at the result.
