Went flying today
A good friend bought a Rans Coyote II Experimental plane last year. He has his Light Sport Aviation license. We took the kids out for a ride today (I went, too). What a blast! At 80 mph it feels like you are barely moving. You can take the doors off and it is like flying in a jeep. He has full instruments and a gps navigation unit.
He is going to take me on a ride from Apopka to Ocala in a couple of weeks. Top end is around 100 and it will go 300 miles on a full tank. It even has a parachute for the plane.
Here is the model of his plane: http://www.rans.com/3S6ES.htm

My daughters both took a ride. My son just sat in it back in the hangar.

I am not really a plane kind of guy. I now have a best friend with a plane and another with a new 21' Sea Ray boat. I am saving up for a nice muscle car. That's more my speed.
I've got two buddies that their Pop's own/fly planes. One of them is a lawyer and we'd get to fly down to see the hockey games in Tampa, it was awesome. The other one flies for the DEA. Now that's a job I'd love to have !!

What kind of car?

Either one of those or a late 60's Mustang.
It will be a few years before I get anything, though.

Factory Five sells some good stuff. I'd do a built 302, maybe 331. 347 would be a little too much for that small of a car, the 331 might even be too much.
I inherited a 65' Mustang 2+2. It's in great condition other than a few little things here and there. I'd love to have a 67' or 68' though.

One of my old neighbors has one of these with a 302 in it. His dad helped him build it. He ordered the frame, body, suspension, everything from Factory Five.

I did a 2 week internship at Factory Five a few years back. My cousin used to work there as an engineer and did alot of work on the GTM.
Not very far at all. You may drive a portion of SR 417 that I designed. I designed the portion from US 17/92 over Airport up to Reinhart. I also designed Airport Blvd. from US 17/92 to CR46A.
