I had to do a double take on these pics...
I'm suprised, I saw a picture of one that a guy took Off Roading, & it bent the body up of that thing like an accordion!...........
please we are mis labeling this ridge line its not a truck its 1/3 minivan 1/3 suv and 1/3 ugly = MSUV
BTW i would not be supprised to find a bottle jack under the thing just to keep the front end on the ground

does it look like an offroad vehicle?
anyone that takes one offroad is a frickin' idiot.
a ladder reinforcement is for torsional rigidity. You know, for trailer towing.
Ridgeline towing capacity is 5000#.
Okay.....CAN a Ridgeline tow 10000#? Yup. Should you? HELL NO. I wouldn't do that except to spot it in the yard and maybe take it down the street to put gas in it.

The Ridgelline is not going to tow that boat. The same model of boat in a 32' displaces 8000lbs which is 250 lbs per ft. That makes the boat empty weight right at 9000 lbs. Add the trailer of around 2000lbs, add fuel of close to 1000lbs IF it's close to full, add another 1000lbs of gear which doesn't take much for a boat that size and you have a load of 13,000lbs which goes with the tri-axle trailer. You never buy more trailer than it is rated for unless you want to beat the boat to death. Boat trailers always perform best when loaded near max. Considering the axle ratings for this trailer are 16,800 lbs, it's just about right. I can assume that the seller has a good sense of humor putting the Ridgeline in front of the boat. This would be a REAL heavy load for an F-350. Note the warning about picking the boat up- no warranty on the tow vehicle. All of the guys I know with these boats use medium duty rigs like an F-650 or bigger.
