I buy mostly paperbacks from used book stores. I read them and then take them back and trade them in on more. I don't have a huge collection that I keep. Just constantly revolving!! The ones I keep I buy in hardcover and my bookshelf is in imminent danger of collapse as we speak! I have all Mary Higgins Clark, most of John Grisham, Michael Crichton and Iris Johansen and a few of Peter Hathaway Capstick. I have a few other miscellaneous books but those are the authors I collect.

I have my books listed by author in an Excel spreadsheet. I take a copy when I go to a sale so I won't buy one I already have.

I do that with my hardcovers. The paperbacks, I read the back cover and if I don't recognize the story then I either haven't read it or I read it so long ago I can't remember it so I might as well read it again!!

Capstick writes true stories of big game hunting, mostly in Africa. They'd probably be pretty boring stories except he has quite a sense of humor. My dad got me started on his books.

I tried to watch it, can't put up with the mouthy announcer. I won't stop talking! Frustrating. I'll watch baseball and golf.

You didn't sleep because of a guilty conscious. Anyone with a truck that dirty shouldn't be able to sleep!

I'm surprised the neighbors haven't pettitioned you to wash it. I think I'll make some little signs and put them in the yards. "Please wash the brown truck" with an arrow pointed at you.
