I was playing around with a Dodge diesel this evening. Damn truck was stout, he punched it at 50 mph and it laid dual black marks on the pavement

Glad I didn't get a red light, he would have killed me. It was tuned very well, didn't smoke much at all. Bet he was pushing 700 Hp easy and no telling how much Torque.

I'm a little road weary after this week -- racked-up a shade over 1000 miles on the old Cavalier bouncing around Texas. Looking forward to having next week off and laying low for awhile!

I was right around 1400 miles for the week pushing the 2009 gmc to 268500 miles...going to be around 900 next week

So knowing the mileage and I get a tank of gas every 250 miles...that's 1074 tanks of gas at 28-32 gallons each fill up...equaling 32220 gallons of gas consumed...

Which leads me to the average mpg of the life of the truck around 8.89 mpgs....

A friend of mine has an F250 diesel and he put a propane injection system on it. It is triggered off of the boost pressure on the turbos, that thing kicks butt! He goes stop light to stop light with Beemers and such and they ALL seem to have to make a turn before the catch back up to him.
