Run your finger nail on the scratch.. Can you feel the scratch? If so then its not coming out.. If you cant then you can get it off with some OTC products. Harbor Freight has a pretty good DA polisher now that gets pretty good reviews.

 

I can only feel one of the scratches with my fingernail. And it seems raised, not cut into the paint. Hopefully lol. The rest of the brush scratches are smooth. I'll pay a visit to harbor freight and see if I can get that orbital. I've been meaning to get one anyway.

Happy New Years.. Ready for this crap weather to be over

 

Should be able to get most of them out. I can only feel one of them with my fingernail it'll be awhile before I can tend to the scratches so I'll be riding around with extra pinstripes for awhile

I usually don't do much wheeling or off-roading, at least nothing this extreme. But I wanted to go visit Blue Sink. It's a spring fed lake in the middle of the national forest, inaccessible to 2WD folk. I know this for a fact because I've tried to get back there before with previous trucks and ended up leaving my truck behind halfway and jumping in my buddy's Z71 Really bad mud, clay, and sugar sand deep in the forest. It was cool to get back there and see it.
