Hey Jim, long time on my part. Work schedule has just almost been unbearable but in order to take care of family it must be done.

No gears on hand yet. Got a quote from Ft.worth gear and axle and was surprised at the price. We picked up a travel trailer over the summer and while she pulls "ok" when locked in 4th I am of old mentality and would just feel better with a better gearing.

If you have 3.55s now, do you really think 3.73s will make much difference? Sure costly for a slight improvement.

I replaced the 3rd brake light with an LED bulb too, and it's not working :/ It wasn't working before either. The truck had a topper when I bought it, and the wiring for the topper's 3rd brake light is still on the truck. I thought maybe that was interfering with the stock 3rd brake light, so I followed the old topper wiring and disconnected it, and it's still not working. Any ideas?

Perhaps I should have put this in the appropriate forum, but I didn't want to start a whole thread about it...
John on the reverse lights was their plenty of room in the housing? Im wanting those other ones but not sure if they are going to fit since it says oversized..

I went ahead and ordered the reverse lights, I found some 10 smd led's for the reverse light and then went with the 6 smd for the cargo lights and a 5smd in red for the 3rd brake light..

Those dang lights get expensive pretty quick.. Looked up my last order and with this order ive spent about $90 on led conversion

Coy, there was plenty of room with the bulb replacement. Could've gone with a bigger one. The LED is about 2/3 the diameter of the stock bulb.

Had a set of Bilstein 5100's installed today...raised the front 1-5/8 inches and the rear 1/4 inch. Amazing the difference in handling.
