Noticed an interesting body panel difference between the 2011 and 2014. The roof on the 2011 had indented channels to strengthen it. The would collect and hold water. The 2014 has raised ridges. Functions the same but won't collect water.

From what I can tell the 2015 has none if you get the full moonroof and raised ones if you don't.

Those indents are honestly one of my biggest complaints with my truck.

You sure Ford didn't just put the roof on upside down on your truck?

But I noticed the same on mine, but had no idea when it changed, since I don't buy a new truck every other year like you do

If it's on upside down, that works for me. Drying the indented roof was a pain.

I wonder at what speed do they use for the mileage ratings on the hwy and if they have the AC on or not? I'm getting right at 19.5 on a hwy run at 65 to 70 mph or whatever the posted limits are...and that's running the AC.

Mythbusters busted the AC being on lowers MPG

I'd have to question mythbusters on this...years ago a 1 to 2 mpg drop in gas mileage was common when running the AC. Now it's more like 1/4 to 1/2 mpg but still a drop. Hard not to run the AC in Louisiana with temps still in the high 80's and humid.
